A screen resolution of at least 800X600 though 1024X768 and higher are best as we have tons of features to cram on your screen.
AOL members using the built in web browser are not supported. To work around this log into your AOL clinet as you normaly would and launch Firefox or Internet Explorer. AOL allows you to run external web browsers over your dialup or AOL boradband connection via TCP/IP. This is because AOL uses a special proxy server that is not compatable with some of our content.
To Change Your Cookie Settings:
For Internet explorer: Open up the control panel, and then open up internet options. Next you need to click on the security tab. Next click on "custom level," and then make sure that the two entries involving cookies are enabled. If you are using internet explorer 6.0 you will need to click on the Privacy tab to check your cookie settings.
For Netscape: Open the preferences from the edit menu. Click on the advanced button the left side. Then make sure that under cookies you have selected accept all cookies.
For AOL: Log in under the master screen name. Click on the settings menu and then choose preferences. Then choose the Internet properties (www.) Next you need to click on the security tab. Next click on "custom level," and then make sure that the two entries involving cookies are enabled. If your cookie settings are correct and you are still having problems it is most likely do to some kind of internet Anti virus, Firewall, or Utility Program, and you will need to adjust the programs settings.

To Change Your Java Script Settings:
Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools button (the picture of the gear) or "Tools" from the program menu. Click on Internet Options.... Click the Security tab. In the "Security level for this zone" box, click on Custom level.... Scroll toward the bottom of the Settings box to Scripting. Enable active scripting. Click OK twice to close the dialogue. Click the Refresh button after the Address Bar at the top of your browser, or hit F5.
Open Internet Explorer. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab. Click Custom level button at bottom. The Security settings dialog box will pop up. Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting, Allow paste options via script and Scripting of Java applets Click OK twice to close out. Hit Refresh.

Open Firefox. Click on the Tools menu. Select Options.... Click the Content tab with the Earth graphic. Check Enable JavaScript. Click OK. Click Reload or hit F5.
Open Safari. Select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click Security. Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript. Close the window. Click Reload.
Open Opera. Select the Tools menu. Select Quick Preferences. Check Enable JavaScript Click Reload or hit F5 to refresh the page.
Open Opera. Select Quick Preferences from the File menu. Make sure Enable Javascript is checked. Click Reload.
Open Netscape. Select Preferences from the Edit menu. Click the arrow next to Advanced. Click Scripts & Plug ins. Check Navigator beneath "Enable Javascript for". Click OK. Click Reload.

Open Netscape. Select Preferences from the Edit menu. Click Advanced Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript for Navigator Click OK. Click Reload.
